I would highly recommend a medium. I’m 4’11” 34B &108lbs. I have a small frame-quite narrow build. I do prefer my jackets to be slightly lose & the medium feels comfortable. I think the small would’ve felt tight when moving my arms & across my back. The suede is very soft & comfortable not constricting like cheaper quality fabrics.
Absolutely warm enough for harsh temps. Reminds me of a quilted Earhart but for ladies. Love the deep pockets, and faux fur hood and 5 inches from the zipper. (The rest is quilted.) You can remove the faux fur from around the hood area too. Maybe a tad bit heavy weight wise, but very warm. This coat seems to run a little small on me, I normally wear a men’s large, but ordered XL women. Seems ok all over, except in the shoulder/back area. Still love the coat.

Well, this coat come from china. Mine was to small, I ordered a xxl in the beige and to be honest , a 16 yr. old boy couldn’t wear it, and because it was from china , I have not been able to get my money back , so if I were you , I would not buy it at all! It is so cheap and the collar is not removable on the one I have!
If you want to wear slim, you may order size L, if you want to be more comfortable, I think you should order size XXL.

I’d likely suggest that if you are petite then you’d want to go small, they run a bit big in my opinion, and it depends on how tight or lose you want the fit. It is sized as outerwear, think heavy winter coat.
